Project Description
Ckorp were contracted to complete the design and construct of 19 individual single and double storey houses on a variety of lots at the Menangle Park estate. The homes ranged from 4 to 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, double lockup garages, cinema rooms and associated external landscaping to comply with the estate design guidelines. Ckorp completed the Complying Development Certificate and associated documentation through to obtaining the Occupational Certificate and Practical Completion.
