About this project
CKORP were contracted by the City of Ryde to undertake the reroof of the Goulding Hill pre-school. CKORP met the city’s requirements by completing the project during the 2 week Christmas/New Year shutdown without interruption of the facilities use.
Ckorp’s works involved:
- Demolition of the existing roof
- Supply and installation of new roofing, guttering and downpipes (approx. 380m2)
- Hazmat removal of 120m2 existing Asbestos lining in the roof space
