Project Description
Ckorp project managed the design and construction of the Bay House Neutral Bay.
Ckorp’s works involved:
- Completion of design and CC approval.
- Construction of a 4 level building comprising of one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as a double basement below ground, external communal areas and public domain works.
- Obtaining OC approval.
